Product details
The grapes used to brew this red wine come from Heathcote of Victoria, which is one of the five major grape growing regions in Australia. Heathcote subjects to the cold climate of Camel Mountain throughout the year. It is particularly cold during the grape growth period from October to March, thus the quality of grapes produced here is exceptionally well. Heathcote is famous for its production of elegant and complex wine, especially the red wine of Shiraz grapes, which has become one of Australia"s top Shiraz red wines. This kind of Shiraz red wine is aged in new french oak barrels for 18 months and experiences a long process of impurity absorbing by oak barrel and natural gasification before brewing out pure and quality wine. This Shiraz red wine has a dense dark garnet color and a wonderful taste of mulberry, plum and soft spicy chocolate. It is a full-bodied red wine with complex levels, mellow and full tannins as well as good balance.
